The Shamanic journey has been used for thousands of years across all cultures to connect people to their Spirit Helpers. It is a simple practice that gives us direct access to our own Guides. We can ask questions, receive teachings, restore balance and harmony, and be supported and loved as we work with these Guides. It is fun, safe, and empowering.

This three-part series is designed to take you from the beginning, learning how to do a Shamanic Journey, to meeting and working with Spirit Guides. You will know how to do a journey, have met and worked with a Spirit Guide, and discovered a Power Animal who has been by your side since your birth.

In Shamanic traditions, it is believed that, at the time of our birth, an animal volunteers to accompany us through life. That animal loves us, supports us, and guides us whether or not we

are aware of its presence. Rest assured, though, it is there. During our time together in this class, you meet and begin working, consciously, with a Power Animal. If we have an even number of participants you will be able to journey for each other.

Prerequisite: Introduction to the Shamanic Journey with SabrinaJoy or good journey skills. A journal, pen, markers, crayons, or colored pencils are needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
