What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a hands-on form of energy work originating from Japan in the mid-1800s discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui. The word "Rei" means spiritual wisdom and "Ki" means life energy. When someone is offering Reiki, they are channeling spiritually guided life force energy through their physical body by way of their hands to the client or recipient. Reiki can be used to support a person emotionally, physically, and spiritually. it is a simple yet powerful healing modality known for its effects on deep relaxation and stress reduction.
Annette Gingras has been utilizing Crystals and Quantum healing in her Reiki practice for 17+ years. She is a Reiki I attuned practitioner since 2005, and holds a Master/Teacher Attunement certification since 2012.
Annette runs the Reiki Clinic VT, is a board member for the VRA (Vermont Reiki Association), and offers Reiki I, Reiki II, & Master Attunement services in the Burlington VT area.
She teaches workshops, facilitates spiritual groups, performs Intuitive readings, and does Therapeutic Crystal work for people, homes, and businesses. She also owns Spirit Dancer VT in Burlington VT, an established metaphysical shop with 35+ years of experience.
